James Lustig

James graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. While in Halifax, his interest in the sector took shape serving as a Director of the Dalhousie Real Estate Association. Post graduation, James began his career at CDNGLOBAL as a Research Analyst and Sales Assistant, where he developed a detailed understanding of Vancouver’s office landscape. Now serving as an Associate Advisor alongside the Downtown Vancouver office team, James specializes in office tenant representation, applying his background in market research to site selection, lease negotiations, and renewal/expansion strategies. His analytical approach helps occupiers make informed decisions that support their long-term growth.
