Born and raised in Calgary, Simran Sidhu brings over a decade of real estate experience, complemented by a strong background in construction, development, and real estate investment. Coming from a family with more than 20 years of experience in Calgary’s construction and development industry, Simran has been immersed in real estate from an early age. His experience extends across new home construction, multifamily and mixed-use projects, retail and commercial construction, land development, and investment properties. This background has given him a practical understanding of the full real estate cycle—from identifying and acquiring opportunities through planning, financing, development, leasing, and disposition.

Simran has developed a strong passion for commercial and investment real estate, with particular interest in land and development sites, multi-family assets, retail properties, and value-add investment opportunities. He enjoys analyzing the potential of a property beyond its current use, considering factors such as development potential, income generation, financing structure, market positioning, and long-term value.

Having worked closely with builders, developers, investors, lenders, business owners, and other industry professionals, Simran brings a well-rounded and entrepreneurial perspective to each transaction. His hands-on development experience allows him to understand both sides of a commercial deal and recognize opportunities that may not always be immediately apparent.
