Under Agron’s leadership and over 35 years of experience, CDNGLOBAL has become one of the fastest growing commercial real estate brokerages in Canada, achieved in part through implementation and creation of high-performance, sophisticated commercial real estate teams in all major Canadian markets. • 1984 Agron began his Real Estate career in Calgary, Alberta.

• 1999 Agron was a founder of CITI COMMERCIAL Real Estate Services, an all-inclusive commercial real estate company servicing the Alberta market.

• 2011 CITI COMMERCIAL embarked on a partnership with Newmark Knight Frank Devencore, a consortium of commercial real estate companies providing worldwide service. CITI COMMERCIAL assumes the new brand.

• 2018 Newmark Knight Frank Devencore underwent structural change and discontinued operations under that name. Canadian Operations continued as Devencore and experienced continued growth with a focus on the Canadian market.

• 2021 Devencore sells Montreal business to Avison Young. Agron arranges the purchase of Toronto and Vancouver businesses. After the successful purchase of Devencore Toronto and Vancouver along with owned offices in Calgary and Edmonton, Agron and his new partners re-branded Devencore to CDNGLOBAL Commercial Real Estate Advisors. 

• 2022 Agron orchestrates CDNGLOBAL expansion including Ottawa and Montreal offices.

• 2023 CDNGLOBAL continues business proliferation, expanding into Toronto and Quebec City markets.

• 2024 Agron forms a strategic business alliance for CDNGLOBAL with Mohr Partners, to expand into the US and several other countries, offering 70 locations worldwide and over 1,000 real estate professionals. Going forward, Agron is focused on further expansion across other global markets, adding new locations, new talent, and new technology, in order to better service our local, national, and global clients.
