Jon Bishop serves as President of CDNGLOBAL, a proudly Canadian, privately held full service commercial real estate firm, where he is responsible for leading the company’s advisors and driving value for its clients across Canada.
Over the past decade, Jon’s focus has been on spearheading expansion and growth in the Western Canadian real estate markets. Prior to this Jon split his time between Montreal and Vancouver as a company executive, board member, and market leading real estate professional. CDNGLOBAL is driven by a people-first philosophy and Jon is committed to continuing to build a high-performance work environment, attracting like-minded professionals while understanding client objectives, reacting quickly to their needs, and providing high quality, creative, and effective solutions.
Luciano D'Iorio is the Regional President of CDNGLOBAL in the province of Québec. His focus is on developing deep client relationships as well as strategic recruitment to assemble the best team in the marketplace to deliver unmatched results for clients.
Prior to joining CDNGLOBAL, Luciano was the managing director of the Quebec office for a global commercial real estate services firm for 4 years. Prior to that role, he served as the President of a boutique multi-service real estate brokerage firm where he spent 18 years.
Philip has over 37 years of experience in the selling and leasing of commercial real estate. Philip Zunder’s key objective is to assist his clients in achieving their business and/or investment real estate goals. He had worked at Royal LePage Commercial Realty (now known as Cushman & Wakefield) and Colliers International before launching Decathlon Commercial Realty Corporation, Brokerage, in May of 2008. His commercial real estate portfolio has included the disposition of office, mixed-use, retail, and industrial properties, hotels, retirement homes and apartment building, as well as vacant development lands.
Philip has an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Ottawa, with minors in Business and Psychology.
