JON T. BISHOP

President

Jon Bishop serves as the President of CDNGLOBAL, bringing 30 years of expertise to this role. He is a leader in the company on the strategic, operational, and financial front, and shares responsibility with the CEO to ensure the company’s continual growth and achievement. 

Jon is committed to sustaining valuable relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders, and maintains a working environment built on a clear vision for successful business performance.

The leadership at CDNGLOBAL is characterized by seasoned expertise in commercial real estate, a commitment to values, and demonstrated success in managing complex projects and intricate teams. LUCIANO D'IORIO, SIOR, D.A.

Regional President, Quebec

Luciano D'Iorio is a prominent figure in the real estate industry, renowned for his expertise, philanthropy, and dynamic speaking engagements. With over two decades of experience, Luciano has emerged as a leading authority, a compassionate philanthropist, and an engaging industry speaker in his beloved city of Montréal.

Beginning his career as a broker, he quickly established himself as a formidable force in the industry, known for his resilience in overcoming personal and professional challenges. Currently serving as the Regional President of CDNGLOBAL in Québec, Luciano's primary focus lies in fostering strong client relationships and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to curate top-tier teams that consistently deliver unparalleled results for clients.

Prior to his role at CDNGLOBAL, Luciano held the position of managing director at a global commercial real estate services firm, where he led the Quebec office for four years. Before this, he served as President of a boutique multi-service real estate brokerage firm, dedicating 18 years to refining his craft and shaping the landscape of the industry.

His influence extends beyond the boardroom, as he is actively engaged in sharing his expertise with the broader community. As a recognized expert in real estate trends, he frequently contributes to local media outlets, where he provides insightful analysis on Montréal's Commercial Real Estate Market.

PATRICK J. LANGDON

President | International Relations & Strategic Growth

Pat serves as President of International Relations & Strategic Growth for CDNGLOBAL. He works with his clients and works to develop new business opportunities for the firm across Canada, the United States and globally.  A 33 year corporate real estate veteran, Pat specializes in national corporate real estate strategy and client representation with in-depth knowledge of multi-market, national and international transactions in both office leasing and investment sales. He also provides market information, strategic direction and negotiation expertise on assignments of various sizes, locations and disciplines to his clients.  Additionally, he liaises with trusted partners worldwide. 
 
Prior to joining CDNGLOBAL, Pat founded Langdon Partners and served as Chief Executive Officer. Before that he had been with Newmark Canada for the last 11 years, the first 6 years as Sr. Vice President of National Business Development of its Canadian affiliate and then directly as Executive Managing Director, Newmark Canada, tasked with opening its Canadian offices, recruiting brokers and developing new business for its offices.  Prior to this, he had been with JJ Barnicke Ltd., for 16 years with his last role being that of Vice President and National Director of Business Development while serving on the firm’s management committee (2008-2011).

PHILIP ZUNDER

Regional President, Ottawa

Philip has over 37 years of experience in the selling and leasing of commercial real estate. Philip Zunder’s key objective is to assist his clients in achieving their business and/or investment real estate goals. He had worked at Royal LePage Commercial Realty (now known as Cushman & Wakefield) and Colliers International before launching Decathlon Commercial Realty Corporation, Brokerage, in May of 2008. His commercial real estate portfolio has included the disposition of office, mixed-use, retail, and industrial properties, hotels, retirement homes and apartment building, as well as vacant development lands.

 

Philip has an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Ottawa, with minors in Business and Psychology.

JOE CIANFARANI

Managing Partner / Sales Representative

Real estate started very early in Joe's life as he served as acting superintendent at his church while also working at maintaining and operating buildings when he started high school during the summertime. He is passionate about thoroughly helping people live, work, and enjoy their workplace in the best possible way.
  
Joe is first generation Canadian from an Italian family first heritage, born and raised in the great T.O. He is married and has two awesome daughters who always keeps him busy in planning, supporting, and ensuring they are on the right path to caring, giving and meaningful lives.
  
Joe strives and constantly tries to improve himself in his work and his personal life as it is his journey to always flourish. He enjoys personal development, exercise, sports, reading and spending time with family & friends.

RICK COMISH

Managing Partner / Broker

What Rick really enjoys about his job is seeing his clients achieve their goals. Long term relationships give Rick great satisfaction. He enjoys advising companies how to best address their real estate in the short and the long run; advice which is based on approaching the decisions his clients have to make as if it was his company and he was in their shoes.
 
In his free time Rick enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children and dog Wiley and with their friends. Travelling to warm climates and interesting countries is a passion along with watching multiple sporting events from Formula 1 races, to premier league soccer, golf, football and NCAA basketball.

SCOTT MULLIGAN

Managing Partner / Broker of Record - CDNGLOBAL Toronto, Brokerage

Life is all about family, friends and doing what you love. Since starting in real estate in 1989, Scott still loves what he does. He is blessed at CDNGLOBAL to have such wonderful clients that completely align with CDNGLOBAL’s values. Over the years he has formed many friendships with his clients and with some have shared mutual passion for skiing, horse riding and quality time on a dock.
