Graeme Bullus is Senior Vice President at CDNGLOBAL. Graeme has 15 years of corporate real estate experience including corporate representation, multi-family and institutional development, and private-equity investment. He joined the brokerage in 2007.

Graeme began his career in commercial real estate development over­seeing institutional and residential construction projects for one of North America’s largest institutional developers, UBC Properties Trust. He then moved into private-equity investment, leading commercial real estate acquisi­tions and financial due-diligence for a local investment firm.

At CDNGLOBAL, Graeme works with clients on a portfolio basis to serve their multi-market corporate real estate needs, developing specialized expertise in complex lease and sale transactions, creative financing and built-to-suit facilities. He provides clients with a single point of contact to manage corporate institutional and government real estate transactions locally, nationally and internationally.

Graeme has extensive experience in institutional and government projects, data centres, and the leasing and sales of office and industrial premises for major corporations. He was awarded the brokerage’s Top Producer for 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020. He is consistently ranked in the top 5 brokers nationally.
