Haydn recently moved to Toronto after living in the UK for most of his life and has joined the CDNGLOBAL Toronto team as an Associate. Haydn is a RICS qualified experienced real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic asset and transaction management for real estate portfolio optimization. Key expertise in lease events, such as lease renewals, rent reviews, transactions, occupation and fit up of spaces. A proven track record of keeping excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, agents, lawyers and contractors. An entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual who works well in teams, is comfortable in high pressured environments to exceed Clients objectives.
