Marc has been active in the Montréal real estate market since 1987. He has extensive experience working for landlords and tenants, considerable strategic planning experience, a strong knowledge of lease documentation and excellent negotiation skills. 

 

His experience, coupled with a business degree, is how Marc brings a strong business background to his clients. Marc’s role is to provide best in class services to his clients and execute the marketing and leasing transactions on their behalf. His strategic planning, expertise, and market knowledge ensure that his clients realize all of their real estate objectives.

 

Over the last 6 years, Marc has successfully negotiated over 150 transactions for owners and tenants. Marc is fluently bilingual and graduated from Concordia University with a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
